My Story

I have always loved plants and science so studying biology was a no brainer for me, this led me to work for HortResearch, and then Plant & Food Research. I work on fruit crops, their storage, quality and physiology, I love the diversity and challenges that working in Postharvest Science offers.

Extra Curricular

I'm a foodie and a gardener... Sometimes the two overlap when my too small vegetable garden grows something worth eating, I have a very small hop plant but do not think it will lead to much beer!
