Rachel Teen

My Story

With an early career in communications and business management Rachel has worked across a range of industries - media, recruitment, telecommunications and hospitality. This breadth has enabled her keen insight into values based commerce and what’s important to business. Now in “Career Phase 2" she is a Masters Candidate studying Water Resource Management. As a social scientist she is analysing how business owners perceive water and what actions they are willing to take to improve their overall water usage. Rachel also works with landowners in the Te Waihora/Lake Ellesmere catchment to improve their on-farm bio-diversity and water quality.
