Applications are now open for the inaugural L'Oreal New Zealand For Women in Science Fellowship.
The NZ Fellowship is intended to help early-career female scientists to consolidate their careers and rise to leadership positions in science. It can be used to help finance scientific research, including the costs of equipment, consumables, travel and conferences. Previous Fellows have also used this support to hire a research assistant or cover the cost of childcare.
The Fellowships are open to female researchers who are less than five years post-PhD and have shown excellence in their career to date.
More information and full criteria, as well as profiles of previous Fellows, are available at http://loreal.scienceinpublic.com.au/applications/criteria/.
